Rate – Please refer to your contract for your applicable rates. Most requests will be completed within 3-5 business days.

You can flag your submission with one of the following in the event you need your services completed more quickly:

• Rush: +20% rate adjustment
• Emergency: +50% rate adjustment
• Critical: +100% rate adjustment

By submitting this form you are authorizing us to apply no less than five minutes and up to one hour of time against the Webmastering time reserved in your contract, with the remainder billable at your current rate.

If your request requires more than one hour of work, we will contact you for approval of the total time and cost before any work begins.
